Any market appraisal or valuation discussion offered through this website or by our team is an informal opinion for guidance only. It is not a formal valuation for lending, probate, tax or other official purposes, and it creates no obligation on either side unless and until terms of business are agreed in writing.

Lettings information

Where we act in lettings, relevant fees, deposits and prescribed information are provided in accordance with applicable law, including the Tenant Fees Act 2019 where it applies. Our published lettings fees are on the Compliance page.

Submitting an enquiry or valuation request does not create an agency agreement. We will contact you using the details you provide.
